New clients: Please register your details . We'll create an account for your and connect you with the appropriate service. Within 24 hours, you'll receive an email with instructions, you unique video link and a digital intake form to complete.

Complete Intake Form

Follow the email prompts to complete the digital intake form. This is where you will upload your referral securely (if applicable) provide your consent to engage in the service and gain an understanding of the service you are interested in.

    Individual Telehealth Counselling

    We understand that life can be overwhelming, and sometimes it helps to speak with someone outside of your immediate circle. Our team provides a judgement-free space where you can be yourself and learn new strategies to tackle any challenge. Our qualified psychologists are ready to assist you.

    Psychological Assessments for Adults

    We provide accessible, in-depth psychological assessments and provisional diagnoses for Adult ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and executive functioning. Our evidence-based evaluations and treatment recommendations are designed to bring clarity and support your mental health journey. Reports are prepared to assist with the formal diagnostic process via psychiatrists.

    Workers Compensation and CTP NSW

    If you’ve been injured at work or while travelling to or from your workplace in NSW, you may be eligible for psychological treatment under the NSW WorkCover or Compulsory Third Party (CTP) schemes.

    Our services are accredited by SIRA NSW to provide evidence-based psychological intervention for both psychological and physical injury claims.

  • Fitness for Work Assessments

    Fitness for Work Assessments support employers in determining an employee’s psychological capacity to safely and effectively perform their role.

    A comprehensive report is provided, outlining clinical findings, fitness for duties, and practical evidence-based recommendations for workplace support and reintegration.

Please note, due to the rising cost of living across Australia, our practice will no longer be able to offer bulk-billed counselling services for new clients, effective 1 October 2025.

All eligible clients will still be able to access Medicare rebates of $98 per session or rebates based on your private health insurance.
