I am a qualified Clinical Counsellor with over 12 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges. My passion lies in helping people create meaningful, lasting change using a warm, client-centered approach that respects your pace and unique story.

I'm here to help you strengthen emotional awareness, express yourself more freely, and develop practical tools to manage life’s challenges with clarity and confidence.
